Hi, everyone. Aiden here at Etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and be showing you how to install these Pewag Brenta-C Assisted Tension Tire Chains on our 2022 Ford Maverick. Now, these are gonna be installed on tire size 225, 65 R17, and per the owner's manual, we'll be installing them on the rear tires. Now, these chains are gonna be a square shaped link, which just means they've got these hard square edges on the individual links. That's gonna really help for breaking up ice and giving you a lot more traction in those scenarios. more

Hi, everyone. Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at and be showing you how to install these pewag Snox Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains on our 2022 Ford Maverick. This is gonna be on tire size 225, 65, R17, and per the owner's manual, they're gonna be on the rear tires. Now, looking closely at the links, you'll see that they have a square shape to them and really all that means is they've got these hard edges, and they're gonna be better at biting into ice and give you great traction still in deep snow. Compared to something like a twisted link or even a cable, these will be much better for icy conditions, and they're gonna be a diamond pattern. more

Hi, everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at and be showing you how to install these Konig XB-16 Snow Tire Chains on our 2022 Ford Maverick. And this is gonna be on tire size 225/65R17, and per the owner's manual, installed on the rear axle. So these chains are gonna have square links on them, which really just means that each link has this hard edge on the side, and it's gonna be really good at biting into ice and breaking it up. So if you find yourself in some icy situations or deep snow, these will do really well. And this is gonna be a diamond pattern. more

Hi, everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at and be showing you how to install the Konig K-Summit XL Snow Tire Chains on our 2022 Ford Maverick. And these are gonna be on tire size 225/65R17 and per the Owner's Manual on the rear tires. One of the other things Ford mentions in their Owner's Manual when looking at snow tire chains is the limited wheel well clearance, both in the wheel well here around the tire, but also with some of our suspension components in the back. And in some cases, it can make tire chains incompatible because if we have too big of a link or pieces that wrap around the back of our tire, they might interfere with those suspension components or with the wheel well, causing problems with our vehicle that we don't want. Where these are unique is the fact that all of the chain sits on the tire tread and nothing sits behind the tire. more

Today we're gonna be taking a look at and be showing you how to install these Konig Easy Fit Snow Tire Chains on our 2022 Ford Maverick with tire size 225/65R17, and per the owner's manual on our rear tires. So the way these install is pretty unique and that's probably the standout feature of them, but we'll check that out a bit later. For now we'll talk about the chains themselves. The individual link shape is gonna be a square shaped link, and really all that means is you'll see these harder, more square corners to each individual link, and that's going to help give you a lot more bite into ice, helping to break it up as you drive. more

This is gonna be on tire size 225/65R17, and per the owner's manual, we're gonna be installing them on the rear axle. Now the XG-12 Pro is a really nice tire chain for a number of reasons. The main one being though that it's self-tensioning. more
